Singapore adds Zurich double dailies

Singapore Airlines has just increased its services to Switzerlands main hub, Zurich with aims to reach double dailies by the end of March.
Currently Singapore flies SingaporeZurich daily, and by the 31st of March 2008, the airline plans to fly the service double daily. The increase will be staggered, with the airline first moving to ten weekly services on the 4th of March, 2008.
Singapore will also continue to use the new Boeing 777 300ER aircraft in a three-class configuration on the new flights.
Customers will be travelling in style and comfort, as all flights between Singapore and Zurich will use the new aircraft, equipped with our luxurious new cabin products, said Cheng Eng Huang, Singapore Airlines VP Marketing.
The new daily SQ341/342 will depart Singapore for Zurich at 1350, and return at 2200. The existing daily SQ345/346 will still depart Singapore for Zurich at 0105, but return from Zurich ten minutes earlier at 1205.
After the double dailies are introduced, Singapore Airlines will operate 96 weekly flights between Singapore and Europe.
