Voyager employs one hundred and fifteen full time and part time staff based in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
Established in 1973 by Voyager's Managing Director, Nathan Feld, Voyager is now the largest, independent and wholly Australian owned travel management company in the country.
With a staff retention rate way above industry standard and a flat management structure, Voyager's vibe is akin to what you would find in a smaller company. Voyager's management encourage hands-on, personalised, open door communication. Our CEO, Richard Savva, actively attends client Quarterly Reviews and the majority of the management team have worked for Voyager from between seven to thirteen years.

Our Client Relationship Managers are based out of Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and have years of corporate travel management and industry experience.
Each of our clients is allocated a dedicated Client Relationship Manager responsible for implementation, servicing, reporting, monitoring, and generally ensuring the success of your travel program.
Travel Consultants
Our team leaders and travel consultants possess an average of 16 years industry experience, with an average of six years at Voyager. Dedicated consultants are allocated to each of our accounts, ensuring personalised service and superior understanding of client's specific travel policies and requirements.
Online Support Team
Voyager has one of the most experienced SERKO Online Help Desks in Australia. Available via a toll free number 8.30 to 6pm AEST Monday to Friday, our friendly team provide technical training and assistance for online travel bookers.
The service provided by Voyager Travel to our Travel Team during the evacuations from Japan was not only over and beyond their requirements from a service level agreement but was mostly provided on an out of hours timeline. The Voyager team also provided detail and assistance in the follow up period to ensure our financial commitment during the emergency had all the required governance. A small team but a big effort.
