Paulette Cherny and Shelley McWhinney have a combined experience of 45 years in the industry, and 35 years at Voyager, arranging leisure holidays for clients around the world.
With extensive product knowledge and industry connections, Paulette and Shelley are well-travelled, highly professional, creative and detail-oriented. They receive continual product training from supplier representatives and via attendance of information evenings and product updates. Paulette and Shelley also personally experience aspects of what they sell via industry familiarisation trips.
An indication of Voyager's leisure service and expertise is in the number of loyal, repeat customers who regularly book their holiday flights, accommodation and tours through our leisure team.

Voyager is a member of Cruiseco and the ICCA (International Cruise Council of Australia). Paulette Cherny has received 'Master' qualifications in Cruising from ICCA training.
