Business Travel Travel Business (BTTB) is the leading provider of business travel management information in the Australasian region. With tailored publications, events and online resources, BTTB keeps buyers and vendors up to date on travel procurement best practice, policy and compliance; reporting and expense management; travel technology and social and environmental responsibility.
Each year at the BTTB Conference a Gala Awards Dinner is held to award buyer organisations and vendors for excellence. Past buyer organisation winners include Voyager's client Pacific Brands, who not only reduced costs and improved travel processes, but also raised the profile of travel management within their organisation. The awards dinner also acknowledges a number of vendors hailed by their clients for going the extra mile. The vendor award is based on nominations by Travel Management Company (TMC) clients who are expected to provide reasons as to why they believe their TMC should win. Voyager is the first TMC to win the Best Travel Management Services Provider award three years in a row and is now in the 'Hall of Fame' (Voyager will be unable to enter this Category next year as a result). Voyager has also been recognised for leading the way in travel intelligence, winning Best Technology Services in 2012 for our proprietary management information software tool, Zuno.

Australian Federation of Agents (AFTA) Finalist Nominee
Australian Federation of Travel Agent's (AFTA) role is to address major industry issues relating to the operation of all travel agencies in Australia. In broad terms these issues are ones that are not addressed by peak agent chain or corporate entities on behalf of their members, and are ones that involve the industry as a whole.
The AFTA National Travel Industry Awards is the premier industry event of the year. The Gala Awards Dinner provides a chance for the industry to come together and celebrate the achievements of the past twelve months and congratulate those people who have excelled in the retail travel business.
The service provided by Voyager Travel to our Travel Team during the evacuations from Japan was not only over and beyond their requirements from a service level agreement but was mostly provided on an out of hours timeline. The Voyager team also provided detail and assistance in the follow up period to ensure our financial commitment during the emergency had all the required governance. A small team but a big effort.
