Voyager is unique in the respect we use SERKO Corporate for our front, mid and back office operations, together with SERKO Online as our booking tool.

Our online booking solution is therefore not a 'bolt on' application. It is the one application end-to-end in our business, ensuring significant automation and seamless data processing.

Online Booking Tool

Voyager has been using award winning SERKO Online since 2001. We have more companies using this self booking tool than any of our competitors, together with the highest online booking uptake.

An example of Voyager's clients who use SERKO Online include Pacific Brands, CSR, John Holland Group, OneSteel, ASX, Monash University and Harvey Norman.

SERKO Online was developed specifically for the Australian and New Zealand market, not adapted for this market. It leads the way in booking process simplicity and cost saving in the Australian market today.

  • View all bookings made online or via phone with a consultant;

Data & Itinerary Integration

Voyager's itineraries are compatible with third party travel applications Worldmate and Tripit for ease of data and itinerary integration.

Enhanced Data Feeds

In addition to the Amadeus automated traveller tracking solution, 'One Click', Voyager provides data feeds to support traveller emergency services such as International SOS, iJet, and Nextfeed. We also provided enhanced data feeds for all major credit card providers.
