Voyager was the first Travel Management Company to offer a 100% Service Guarantee. If travellers are not completely satisfied with the service they receive from Voyager on a given trip, we will refund our transaction fee for that trip. No exceptions.

Voyager operates a VIP service that is considered by many of our clients to offer the best VIP services in the industry. Any travellers allocated to this service benefit from additional benefits such as faster itinerary turnaround times, waitlist, and supplier recognition.

Client Relationship Managers

Each of our clients is allocated a dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee implementation of your tailored travel program and provide ongoing strategic account management. Our comprehensive CRM service includes in-depth airline diagnostics and benchmarking, supplier rate negotiations, quarterly reviews, detailed management information and daily compliance reports, and travel policy development. Our in-house report writer supports the CRM team in producing customised management information reports that specifically meet our client's unique requirements.

As an independently owned company, Voyager's CEO, Richard Savva, also takes a hands-on approach business, attending the majority of our client's quarterly reviews.
