Voyager is affiliated with Global Specialist Markets (GSM), a global travel organisation with market-leading specialists in over 40 countries worldwide.
GSM has established a CSR Working Group consisting of representatives from both Voyager and GSM Travel Management Companies across the world, to further efforts on a global level with regards to uniform CSR guidelines, guidance, and support.
The service provided by Voyager Travel to our Travel Team during the evacuations from Japan was not only over and beyond their requirements from a service level agreement but was mostly provided on an out of hours timeline. The Voyager team also provided detail and assistance in the follow up period to ensure our financial commitment during the emergency had all the required governance. A small team but a big effort.
