We do not collate global management information (MI), we consolidate it. Each partner uploads travel booking data into our consolidation solution to produce global reports in the client's currency of choice. This provides global decision makers with one complete picture of their global travel spend. The data can also be drilled down to country and even passenger level. This enables our clients to devise a global program and to manage it with whatever degree of control that they require.
Increased Purchasing Power
Access to global MI can enhance supplier deals. This is particularly the case for hotels where immediate inroads can be made by identifying the existing spread of properties being used, then maximising spend through a smaller number of properties to achieve better rates. Bi-lateral airline deals are also possible through a global approach to negotiations. Once deals have been implemented, the global MI facilitates global performance to be monitored and savings maximised.
