Voyager Travel Corporation (Voyager) was appointed as a joint supplier of Travel Management Services for
Monash University in June 2007. This appointment followed a tendering process, in which the University
received and reviewed several submissions from travel management companies which had proven experience
in corporate travel management.
The travel demands from Monash can be both complex in detail and demanding in budget and service. Since
their appointment, Voyager has proven to be an excellent choice as a Travel Manager for the University.
Voyager has consistently been cost-competitive, extremely responsive, proactive as well as being customer
focussed and at all times efficient and professional.
Voyager consistently provide an in depth understanding of the travel requirements of the University and their
level of personal service has ensured that they have captured over half of the volume of travel at Monash.

Healthscope engaged Voyager two years ago to oversee all of the company's travel requirements.
Prior to Voyager the company did not have any strict controls or policies in place given we had grown rapidly over the past decade. Our spend

Thanks for your recent attendance at our quarterly review meeting and continued
assistance with our travel management.
As I mentioned at the meeting, CSR has been delighted with its decision last year to
engage Voyager as its travel consultant. We have found you and your team to be easy
to access and very pro active in response to our daily needs as well as more strategic
decisions about our travel policy and decisions around providers.
From an operational perspective, our travel arrangers have found the change from our
previous provider to yourselves was handled well and without incident.
So far Voyager has managed to save us costs through more aggressive booking of
fares without challenging our travel policy. You have also helped us to consider some
useful changes in our policy that will save further costs which we will shortly be
implementing. The recent completion of the review of preferred Hotels is already
delivering savings and this will increase subject to business compliance. We are also
nearly complete in our review of rental vehicles as well as airlines thanks to your
involvement.
